Growth Marketing Manager
Job Description
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding Stay AI's market presence. You will be responsible for: - Collaborating closely with the CEO and agency partners in the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including email, paid media, webinars, events, and experimental initiatives. - Managing our marketing stack, including Clay, HubSpot, and Chili Piper, ensuring everything is set up correctly for optimal data and campaign execution. - Designing and updating landing pages, lead forms, and workflows to enhance campaign effectiveness and lead capture. - Tracking, scoring, and routing leads to Sales, and proactively resolving any issues that arise. - Creating and deploying segmented email marketing campaigns, nurture sequences, and lifecycle flows. - Conducting tests and iterations across different channels, including our AI strategy. - Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, CTRs, conversion rates, and pipeline impact, and spotting chances for optimization. - Working with Sales, Partnerships, RevOps, and other Marketing team members to support ABM initiatives and new tool integrations. - Utilizing data from Clay and ZoomInfo to build and maintain account lists for effective outbound and campaign targeting.
Qualifications
As a Growth Marketing Manager, the requirements are: 1. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS demand generation or marketing operations role. Experience in e-commerce SaaS is highly advantageous. 2. Proficiency in a range of demand generation tactics, including paid media, email marketing, SEM, SEO, content syndication, CRO, direct mail, and events. 3. Expertise in ABM tools, Claude Code, Hubspot, and Clay. 4. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet strict deadlines. 5. An analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting performance dashboards and providing data-driven recommendations. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
