Booksy is seeking a Growth Marketing and Advocacy Specialist to champion word-of-mouth marketing and convert vocal providers into a powerful sales force, focusing on growth across Spain and beyond. You'll manage referral and affiliate programs, build the Booksy Collective, nurturing relationships to bridge content with real-world conversion. This role involves architecting viral loops and collaborating with social teams to ensure organic advocacy leads to trial starts.

Qualifications

1. Extensive experience in advocacy marketing (5+ years preferred) with community-led growth. 2. Prior experience in a tech scale-up environment. 3. Comfortable with AI tools and ability to "vibe code" to get things moving. 4. Technical agility with automation tools like Make.com or Zapier. 5. Strategic relationship skills to engage with the Booksy Collective. 6. Collaborative mindset to work across Creative and Social teams. 7. Fluent English communication skills for team collaboration.
