Job Description

Take charge of enhancing Synthflow's growth strategies, assuming complete ownership of generating leads and boosting revenue through marketing initiatives. Push top-tier leads through key channels such as LinkedIn, Google, and SEO/organic methods, while continuously experimenting and expanding new acquisition approaches. Convert AI voice product capabilities into compelling and clear messaging for mid-market and enterprise customers. Collaborate closely with Go-To-Market teams to improve lead quality, refine funnel conversion, and accelerate transaction processes. Construct and improve a complete growth system, including attribution, campaign monitoring, and conversion framework using HubSpot. Identify and utilize new growth opportunities like partnerships, referral programs, and outbound-supported efforts; quickly validate and expand on successful strategies. Manage the marketing budget and results alongside the finance team, focusing on CAC, LTV, and payback duration; set ROI goals and assess spending effectiveness. Operate independently, using a hands-on approach that integrates strategy, execution, and technical marketing to create repeatable growth engines.

Qualifications

1. Demonstrated history of building and scaling B2B growth strategies through LinkedIn and Google, including a minimum of approximately 3 years of practical involvement. 2. Thorough understanding of B2B market dynamics, covering ICP definition, messaging strategies, and customer behavior for high ACV transactions (above $250K). 3. Deep expertise in performance marketing, attribution techniques, and platforms like HubSpot, including lead tracking and detailed funnel analysis. 4. Capable of creating, executing, and quickly adjusting experiments, with strong judgment in evaluating performance across channels. 5. Experience in close collaboration with sales teams (SDRs/AEs) in a sales-focused setting, showing clear responsibility for influencing the pipeline. 6. Strong analytical and technical mindset, with comfort in using data, tracking infrastructures, and campaign management systems. 7. Prior experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or AI environment, showing a bias towards action and building from scratch.
