Job Description

As a Growth Lead, you'll spearhead the strategic partnership with TikTok, ensuring our company is among the first to leverage new features like Shop Tab integrations and Live Shopping. Your mission includes driving the TikTok Affiliate Center strategy, creating frameworks to attract and manage creator relationships for high-volume sales. You will be responsible for managing TikTok-specific programs such as Deal-of-the-Day, shop-funded coupons, and TikTok Shop Ads to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Partner with creative teams to enhance product detail pages with TikTok-native video and imagery, converting viewers into buyers. Success will be defined and tracked through key performance indicators (KPIs) like GMV via Affiliate vs. Organic, Creator Collaboration Rate, and Shop Health Ratings. Collaborate closely with Channel Operations to meet TikTok's strict fulfillment SLAs, ensuring top-tier 'Ready to Ship' times and seller ratings to maintain account health.

Qualifications

1. Social Commerce Expertise: Proven experience within TikTok Shop or similar social-selling environments like Instagram Shopping or Whatnot. 2. Executive Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead crucial conversations with external platform partners and internal executive stakeholders. 3. Strategic Creativity: A 'test-and-learn' approach, with skills in spotting emerging viral trends and adapting inventory or marketing strategies. 4. P&L Ownership: Direct experience managing a complete profit and loss (P&L), specifically accounting for the cost structures of creator commissions, sample distribution, and platform fees. 5. Data-Driven Modeling: Exceptional skills in building financial models that forecast the unique nature of social commerce and the impact of viral velocity on inventory turnover. 6. Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to navigate large organizations and align supply chain, creative, and finance teams around the requirements of a 24/7 social marketplace.
