Growth Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a Growth Designer to enhance our upsell products. Your responsibilities include: • Innovating and developing new screens and solutions. • Preparing interface variations for A/B tests and reviewing product hypotheses. • Working on CRO elements, including offers, banners, social proof, and trendy visuals. • Adapting upsells for different themes and locales. • Supporting and growing our design system. • Collaborating with developers to implement designs. • Participating in hypothesis generation and analyzing user behavior (heatmaps, user behavior). • Conducting competitor research and preparing discovery.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have: 1. Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, styles, prototyping). 2. Experience with design systems. 3. Experience in web or product marketing design. 4. Strong UI skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to independently create or generate visuals (AI or other tools) for quick preparation of test variations. 6. Ability to generate hypotheses and work with product tasks. 7. Comfortable interaction with developers and delivering tasks to completion. 8. Basic user research experience. 9. Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment with parallel tests.
