Growth Commercialization Lead
Job Description
We're seeking a Growth Commercialization Lead to champion the rollout of groundbreaking products and services across Velera. You'll define the criteria for sales readiness, ensuring our revenue teams are fully equipped with the training, tools, and compelling value propositions needed for a successful launch. Collaborating closely with marketing, you'll craft impactful messaging, positioning strategies, and demand-generation campaigns. You'll be at the forefront of coordinating go-to-market strategies between sales and product teams, guaranteeing seamless transitions from development to sales. Your insights will identify key target segments, shaping sales planning, pricing strategies, and packaging approaches. Supporting account management teams, you'll facilitate a deep understanding of new offerings, translating their value to our existing clients. Partnering with account teams, you'll pinpoint early adopters and strategic launch partners for new initiatives. Establishing and nurturing a continuous client feedback loop, you'll ensure our Growth Team remains informed, driving continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience is essential. 2. A minimum of 7 years' experience in sales, commercial strategy, account management, or product commercialization is required. 3. Proven track record of successfully launching new products or services in a B2B or B2C setting. 5. Exceptional cross-functional leadership and project management skills. 6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. 7. Experience working in a matrixed organizational structure with cross-functional teams. 8. Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement platforms, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Highspot. 9. Experience with pricing strategy, value-based selling, or consultative sales models. 10. Ability to effectively balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
