Job Description

Join our team as a Growth Account Executive, reporting to the Director of Growth Sales. Collaborate with a dedicated team of experts focused on understanding and addressing our customer's unique business needs. Our primary objective is to establish a robust and secure infrastructure for their cloud environments. We achieve this by actively engaging with our customers, asking insightful questions, attentively listening to their challenges, and providing valuable education to empower them.

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, specifically selling SMB/Mid-Enterprise solutions within the SaaS/Security sector. 2. Exceptional process and detail orientation, with proficiency in maintaining and updating SFDC accounts. 3. Established and positive relationships with previous sales operations teams. 4. Demonstrated ability to provide expert consulting and professional guidance. 5. A customer-centric approach, with the ability to adapt strategies based on individual customer needs. 6. Agility in meetings, capable of pivoting as required rather than adhering strictly to a script. 7. A strong team player mentality, recognizing that success in sales is a collaborative effort. 8. Consistent track record of achieving targets year after year. 9. Proven experience in selling to C-level executives. 10. Solid background in SaaS. 11. Expertise in security and cloud security domains (Bonus Skills). 12. Experience in a start-up environment (Bonus Skills).
