Group Product Operations Manager – Strategy, Central Ops
Job Description
Shape the future of Motive's product organization as the Group Product Operations Manager. Drive continuous improvement in core processes and operating rhythms. Define and refine product planning, building, launching, and review at scale. Maintain a deep understanding of Motive’s product suite and PM workflows. Build and maintain tooling and workflows for consistent product execution. Translate leadership strategy into clear execution models. Establish and uphold quality standards for product artifacts and team rituals. Define and operationalize Product Ops partnerships with stakeholders. Lead internal product communication and change management for new processes and systems. Strategically manage the Product Operations tool stack. Lead and develop a team of Product Operations managers.
Qualifications
1. 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Strategy & Ops, Consulting or a related role. 2. 2+ years of people management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and setting execution standards. 3. Experience owning and evolving product development processes, operating cadence, or planning frameworks at scale. 4. Proven ability to design systems and workflows adopted across large, cross-functional product organizations. 5. Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution. 6. Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and Support leaders. 7. Demonstrated ability to lead change, drive alignment, and influence. 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 9. Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams. 10. Comfort working with data, tools, and dashboards.
