Group Manager, Product

Job Description

Take charge of a product department, spearheading innovation, boosting revenue, and enhancing user loyalty across our diverse product lineup. Collaborate with company leaders to maintain a comprehensive product strategy. Possess a thorough understanding of product development involving all stakeholders, including data and marketing. Discover new avenues for business expansion through data-driven research, UI/UX studies, and reviews of industry best practices. Team up with Sales and Marketing to define business plans, specifications, and user journey maps for both existing and new customer needs and revenue opportunities. Work closely with Engineering to ensure seamless coordination and optimal efficiency between product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2. 10+ years of experience in product leadership, generating revenue, especially in marketplaces and strong user communities, including 4+ years in leadership development. 3. Experience in at least two of the following business models: subscription, e-commerce, and advertising. 4. Experience collaborating with engineering teams and business stakeholders to manage expectations and foster cross-functional alignment. 5. Familiarity with various product development methodologies, such as agile and waterfall. 6. Demonstrated ability to build, grow, inspire, and retain a collaborative, results-oriented team. 7. Competent in developing KPIs to measure team performance and providing performance reviews to team members.
