Group Director, Client Partner – B2B
Job Description
Lead client-centric strategies, aligning executives on growth, investment, and change. Nurture stakeholder relationships, conduct strategic reviews, and analyze churn. Standardize planning across accounts, optimize channel mix, and ensure measurement alignment. Refine investment, channel roles, and forecasting. Present plans and pitches to senior leaders. Promote the Bliss Point App Suite and measurement approaches. Integrate strategy, product, and measurement into a cohesive narrative.
Qualifications
1. 12+ years leading multi-million-dollar client engagements in performance marketing. 2. 6+ years in people leadership, including hiring, coaching, and performance management. 3. Executive relationship leadership and change management expertise. 4. Cross-channel literacy (Search, Social, Display/TV & Audio, Commerce/Retail Media, Lifecycle/CRM, Creative) with strong measurement acumen. 5. Bliss Point fluency (or similar custom reporting platforms). 6. Financial fluency; able to interpret margin/utilization, pricing, and forecasts. 7. BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred; public speaking skills a plus.
