Graduate MarTech, AI Engineer

Job Description

Seeking a Graduate MarTech and AI Engineer to contribute to AI-driven solutions and marketing technology implementations. Responsibilities include: - AI-enabled development using LLMs: Crafting prompts, integrations, RAG pipelines, and AI features. - Agentic AI development: Constructing autonomous and semi-autonomous agents for business tasks. - AI automations: Integrating LLMs with workflows, APIs, and martech platforms to reduce manual processes. - Martech platform implementation: Working with personalization tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation suites. - Front-end and back-end development: Building CMS platforms, custom web apps, and API integrations. - Project delivery support: Assisting with client implementations and internal app development. - Understanding API contracts, data flows, and system integration patterns.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with: 1. A B.E. / B.Tech degree (CS, IT, ECE, or related fields preferred). 2. A minimum 8 CGPA (or equivalent percentage) in your Bachelor's degree. 3. A consistent academic record across 10th, 12th, and graduation. 4. You must be Graduating in 2026. 5. Hands-on programming experience in at least one language (Java, Node.js, Python, JavaScript, or similar). 6. Exposure to AI/LLMs (experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source LLMs). 7. Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases. 8. Comfort with basic web concepts (HTML, CSS, HTTP, REST APIs).
