Global Technical Support Engineer – Informatics Applications

Job Description

Seeking a Global Technical Support Engineer to provide comprehensive system support for Beckman Coulter. This role involves remote and on-site field assistance, covering hardware, software applications, and networking issues. The engineer will offer advanced phone support to the field service organization and mentor field engineers and application associates. Responsibilities include investigating complex problems through remote data stream collection to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree 2. 3+ years supporting laboratory middleware Data Innovations, EPIC Beaker, Cerner Oracle Health or Life Science LIS experience (or similar) 3. Strong computer networking and/or LIS implementation/development experience 4. Ability to travel up to 25% - 75%
