Job Description

Take ownership of the complete recruitment process for technical roles, including Software Developers, AI/ML Engineers, and Solution Architects. Create and implement metrics-driven sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates. Provide market intelligence to leadership on talent availability and compensation trends. Continuously improve recruiting processes and tools to increase efficiency and candidate quality. Be a flexible resource for the People team by assisting with HR duties as needed.

Qualifications

1. Requires 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specializing in hiring Software Developers or Engineers within a technology or startup environment. 2. Has a strategic understanding of the challenges and competitive landscape for technical talent in the AI/Software industry. 3. Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and a proactive approach to pipeline development. 4. Proficient with modern sourcing tools.
