Job Description

Join Infios as a Global Support Analyst II, where you'll plan and execute software upgrades for customer environments. You will also lead mini-projects, coordinating with Support, Cloud Operations, Product Engineering, and other teams. Drive problem management by coordinating with external departments, ensuring problems are documented and resolved. Spot-check monitoring configurations and identify application-level signals to enhance support quality. Propose and implement alerting improvements, perform proactive environment health checks, and maintain the Knowledge Base. Take on operational tasks that improve overall support quality and document upgrade outcomes for future improvements.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent technical experience. 2. 2+ years in technical support, IT operations, or systems administration for enterprise software. 3. Working SQL capability for data validation and minor corrections. 4. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server environments. 5. Understanding of application integrations (CSV, XML, APIs). 6. Experience coordinating tasks across multiple teams. 7. Familiarity with basic scripting (PowerShell, batch, SQL) for configuration review. 8. Fluent English communication skills for technical explanations. 9. Self-directed with independent workload management.
