Global Sales Director
Job Description
Join our team to lead global sales execution, focusing on forecasting, pipeline management, conversion optimization, and revenue generation across three key regions. As the Global Sales Director, you will directly manage three Regional VPs of Sales for the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, while also overseeing the partner channel. You'll cultivate your own portfolio of strategic accounts, personally securing significant deals and contributing directly to revenue growth. Your role involves translating corporate strategy into actionable regional plans, serving as a vital link between Sales and Marketing/Product to ensure seamless alignment. Additionally, you will coach and develop the sales team, enhancing their capabilities in discovery, qualification, and closing techniques.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in scaling B2B/B2G revenue within the $5M to $50M ARR range. 2. A hands-on approach, personally closing large deals and maintaining close customer relationships. 3. Ability to make decisive decisions with incomplete information, acting proactively rather than reactively. 4. Strong analytical skills to interpret pipeline and forecast data for accurate insights. 5. Demonstrated cross-cultural leadership skills, with experience leading distributed international sales teams. 6. Excellent command of English. 7. Beneficial: Background in information security, digital forensics, OSINT, identity, trust & safety, or law enforcement technology. 8. Experience guiding a company through a scale-up phase from approximately $5M to $50M in revenue.
