Global Product Manager – Molecular Diagnostics

Job Description

Become a Global Product Manager and take ownership of the Molecular Diagnostics portfolio's vision and roadmap. Communicate strategy to executive, commercial, and R&D teams, and author strategic deliverables. Lead portfolio optimization, develop tactical plans, and serve as the commercial lead in Hygiena's Product Commercialization and Innovation Process. Translate market problems into performance claims, partner with cross-functional teams, and define go-to-market strategy. Act as Product Steward, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Supply Chain. Lead portfolio reviews, develop enablement tools, and train sales teams. Support customer engagements, collaborate on campaigns, and maintain buyer personas. Conduct VOM activities, maintain market models, and track global regulations. Own the competitive intelligence process and pricing strategy. Define, track, and report on portfolio KPIs, and ensure compliance and ethics. Support commercial due diligence and serve as a partner interface. Contribute to integration plans to maximize value.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field required. 2. MBA strongly preferred. 3. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required that includes the following: 4. Minimum of 2 years commercial experience in product management, strategic product marketing, or project management of food safety tests in a B2B environment with a strong track record of achievement. 5. Minimum of 2 years contributing to food safety strategy and execution or heading up a food testing lab working extensively with Molecular Diagnostics. 6. Demonstrated track record of achievement built from market/customer-focused knowledge, marketing concepts, and practices. 7. Demonstrated Product Development and Launch experience from ideation through commercialization as well as product rationalization. 8. Demonstrated Networking. 9. Demonstrated success of working, leading, and influencing in a global matrix environment and cross-functional teams. 10. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat required. 11. PowerBI experience is a plus.
