Job Description

Join Hygiena as a Global Product Manager and take ownership of the vision and roadmap for our Hardware & Software Platforms, supporting the Environmental Monitoring portfolio. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You will define go-to-market strategies, manage product stewardship, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include leading portfolio reviews, developing sales enablement tools, and supporting customer engagements. Leverage data-driven insights to prioritize actions and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Microbiology, Food Science, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field is essential; MBA is advantageous. 2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required. 3. At least 2 years of commercial experience in product management, strategic product marketing, or project management of food safety tests within a B2B environment is needed, with a proven track record. 4. Minimum of 2 years developing and launching integrated instrumentation, accessories, and software solutions, including UI/UX considerations, for applied markets. 5. Strong grasp of market and customer-focused knowledge, coupled with marketing concepts and practices. 6. Proven experience in Product Development and Launch, from ideation to commercialization, including product rationalization. 7. Excellent networking capabilities. 8. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence within a global matrix environment and across cross-functional teams. 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat is required. 10. Familiarity with PowerBI is a plus.
