Global Partnerships Manager – Secondee

Job Description

We are seeking a Global Partnerships Manager to contribute to the success of our global partnerships through donor engagement. Responsibilities include: - Engaging with global donors to cultivate strong relationships. - Preparing detailed impact reports that showcase project outcomes and social impact. - Collaborating with the Global Grants Lead to ensure data accuracy and timeliness. - Delivering regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders. - Working closely with functional and country teams for project success. - Leading donor engagement through communications, volunteering, and in-kind donations. - Identifying new funding opportunities with active donors. - Supporting the funding renewal process, including proposals and budgets.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should have: 1. 4-5 years of experience in fundraising, strategy, program design, and/or account management. 2. Full fluency in English. 3. Proficiency in another language used in the Generation network (preferred). 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
