Global Outage Parts Planning Manager
Job Description
Seeking a Global Outage Parts Planning Manager to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will manage the creation and delivery of unit-specific recommended lists, aligning with business targets for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Collaborate with the CPM and OFS to understand the impact of event scope changes and define spare parts for non-standard outage scopes. Optimize recommendations by comparing lists to on-site inventory, leveraging fleet parts availability. Maintain updated systems and tools to document deliverables, manage relationships with CPM to proactively resolve issues, and work with Auxiliaries OEM and Sourcing teams. Use field experience to enhance standard lists, drive process improvements, and solve complex problems. Provide support to line managers, lead complex projects, and mentor team members to foster growth and continuous improvement. Provide technical oversight to team members in the COE, driving excellence in outage planning.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college 2. Advanced experience in Field Service Execution and Planning as TFA/Outage Manager or significant experience in Gas Power Engineering 3. Material management System tool experience (Excel, PLM) 4. Fluent in English
