Job Description
Drive revenue growth and spearhead strategic customer development within the Private Label portfolio. Strategize and implement the European Private Label regional growth plan. Nurture high-level client relationships, manage negotiations, and establish lasting agreements. Promote commercial synergy between Flexibles and Rigids divisions to ensure a cohesive customer approach. Safeguard profit margins through comprehensive cost recovery and disciplined pricing tactics. Optimize working capital performance, including managing accounts receivable, enhancing forecast precision, and streamlining inventory control. Spearhead value engineering, foster productivity enhancements, and pursue continuous improvements in profitability.
Qualifications
1. A bachelor's degree is essential. 2. An MBA is advantageous. 3. Possess 12–15+ years of experience in multinational Key Account Management or Commercial Leadership roles. 4. Demonstrated success in overseeing substantial portfolios (>$75M–$150M+ in revenue). 5. Experience in managing customer or business structures across multiple regions. 6. Exposure to both Flexibles and Rigids packaging divisions is preferred.
