Global Content & Thought Leadership Lead

Job Description

Shape and execute a comprehensive global content and thought leadership strategy. Spearhead the creation of impactful, insightful content spanning flagship research, executive thought leadership, and various digital platforms. Transform intricate expertise into persuasive narratives that resonate with clients. Preside over and organize the Global Editorial Committee, taking ownership of the global editorial timeline. Ensure all content adheres to established editorial standards, maintains a consistent tone, and meets quality benchmarks before distribution. Direct, guide, and nurture a high-achieving internal team of writers and editors. Oversee external freelancers and agencies as necessary. Author and refine high-level thought leadership content. Promote the AECOM Stylebook to enhance writing quality.

Qualifications

1. For Senior Manager: A bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience and/or education, in addition to at least 2 years of leadership experience. 2. For Director: A bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience and/or education, along with at least 4 years of leadership experience. 3. Previous experience in a similarly large, complex, global organization. 4. An advanced degree is preferred.
