Global Content and Thought Leadership Lead – Senior Manager or Director

Job Description

We are looking for a senior content leader, editor, and strategic thinker to define and deliver a cohesive global content and thought leadership strategy. You will lead the development of high-impact, insight-driven content and serve as editorial lead on complex, high-profile, multi-author content. Partnering with senior leaders across the business, you will identify priority themes and confirm that all content meets agreed editorial standards. Leading the global content and thought leadership function, you will provide leadership and guidance to all writers, write and edit senior-level thought leadership content, and champion AECOM’s Stylebook to elevate our writing standards.

Qualifications

1. For Senior Manager: A bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. 2. For Director: A bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. 3. Experience working in a large, complex, global organization. 4. An advanced degree is preferred.
