Job Description
Join Siigo's Customer Success team as a Renewals Agent, responsible for client retention and balance recovery. You will manage assigned client renewals through effective communication and precise record-keeping. Your role includes receiving client calls to understand reasons for non-renewal, aiming to recover outstanding balances, and proactively contacting clients to facilitate invoice renewals and collection. Ensuring all interactions are accurately documented is a must.
Qualifications
1. A high school diploma or professional degree in accounting or a related field is required. 2. Minimum of one year of experience in portfolio collection management, customer service, sales, client loyalty, and retention. 3. Basic knowledge of Excel and accounting principles.
