Job Description

Lead and motivate call advisors to meet renewal targets, providing ongoing training and support to enhance their communication and sales skills. Develop and implement effective customer renewal strategies based on data analysis and customer feedback. Ensure high-quality customer interactions by evaluating calls and providing feedback to improve customer experience and increase renewal rates. Collaborate with onboarding and experience teams to ensure customer retention. Handle complex or escalated issues that managers cannot resolve, finding effective solutions to retain customers. Implement training and development programs to improve advisors' skills, focusing on sales techniques, objection handling, and customer service. Ensure management of cohorts with revenue and customer opportunities for renewal instances.

Qualifications

1. Student or Professional in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in renewals, collections, portfolio, or commercial areas, with at least 1 year leading teams. 3. Skills in leadership, strategic thinking, information analysis, decision-making, negotiation, and assertive communication. 4. Intermediate Excel proficiency.
