Generative AI Analyst

Job Description

Join our team as a Generative AI Analyst, where you'll creatively craft prompts and responses across a wide array of subjects. You will spearhead labeling efforts in collaboration with both external firms and internal teams. Your role includes creating and maintaining thorough guidelines and specifications for stakeholders. Moreover, you will provide teams with training on the most effective methods for creating substantial language models and datasets, contributing to the advancement of our AI capabilities.

Qualifications

1. Native-level English proficiency is essential, along with exceptional skills in both written and verbal communication. 2. Fluency in one or more of the following languages is highly advantageous: Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, Spanish, German, or French. 3. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about working with cutting-edge machine learning technologies. 4. Domain expertise in a specialized area such as Finance or STEM is preferred. 5. A four-year accredited college degree or equivalent professional experience is required. 6. A degree or experience in fields like Linguistics, English Literature, Creative Writing, Journalism, or a related domain such as Law, Medicine, Mathematics, or Coding, is desirable. 7. A strong grasp of large language models and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) is necessary. 8. Prior experience in labeling and tagging prompts/tasks for deep neural networks (DNN) is expected. 9. Experience in QA/testing is also beneficial. 10. Basic Python scripting skills are needed.
