Qualifications
1. 5+ years of experience in backend/software engineering (Python preferred). 2. Proven experience in implementing AI solutions in real business contexts. 3. Experience with APIs and system integrations (FastAPI or similar). 4. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure). 5. Understanding of data privacy and security best practices. 6. Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding. 7. Strong problem-solving mindset and pragmatic thinking. 8. Experience in contact centers, BPO, or CX tech. 9. Familiarity with workflow tools (Power Automate, Logic Apps, n8n). 10. Familiarity with LLM-based applications and concepts like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Nice-to-have: - Experience with Amazon Connect or voice AI systems. - Exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC, PCI). - C# experience.
