Job Description

Seeking a Gen AI Engineer to design and develop AI copilots for Dev/QA, focusing on RAG solutions for repositories. The role involves constructing automation agents for post-sales, claims, deliveries, and supplier processes. Key responsibilities include implementing AI security and governance controls (permissions, costs, evaluation, and traceability), creating knowledge bases, RAG strategies, and deployment plans. The Engineer will also measure business impact using KPIs like TTR, SLA, and rework reduction.

Qualifications

1. Hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, and RAG architectures. 2. Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI evaluation, and governance. 3. Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs and workflows. 4. University / Professional studies.
