Fund Finance Portfolio and Sales Associate
Job Description
Become a key player in our Fund Finance team as a Portfolio and Sales Associate. Coordinate client and prospect documentation, ensuring timely and complete responses. Design and manage standardized diligence request templates for credit and treasury needs. Review materials for accuracy and resolve any gaps with internal partners and clients. Maintain organized document repositories using GlobalScape and SharePoint. Partner with Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers to ensure pipeline reporting accuracy. Maintain accurate relationships and opportunities within nCino. Support credit-related processes, including underwriting and annual servicing. Track borrowing base availability and reconcile LP data. Support portfolio reviews and reporting. Coordinate with Treasury Management and Operations teams to facilitate deposit account openings. Monitor account opening exceptions and support Treasury Navigator implementations. Complete CAP pre-approval forms. Track enhanced due diligence requirements. Assist with monitoring loans, past dues, and collateral exceptions. Support responses to internal inquiries. Reconcile data across systems. Participate in special projects for portfolio management and process improvements. Periodically accompany Relationship Managers on client calls.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field or relevant experience. 2. 1–3 years of experience in commercial banking, credit support, portfolio management, fund administration, or related role. 3. Exposure to fund finance, subscription lending, private capital, or credit structures preferred. 4. Experience supporting relationship managers in a client-facing capacity is a plus. 5. Working knowledge of credit documentation, underwriting support, and portfolio monitoring. 6. Familiarity with treasury management products, deposit operations, and client onboarding. 7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data. 8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory standards. 9. Strong communication skills. 10. Demonstrated ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. 11. High attention to detail with organizational skills. 12. Analytical mindset. 13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. 14. Ability to learn and navigate banking systems and credit platforms. 15. Collaborative approach.
