Job Description

Provide expert administration of Atlassian products, assisting clients with seamless implementation to bolster their business processes. Offer consistent on-call support during off-peak hours and promptly address service outage incidents, adhering to contracted SLAs. Drive process improvement initiatives within the team and across the organization, identifying and delivering services and solutions that elevate client satisfaction. Achieve and maintain Atlassian certification by passing two Atlassian Certified Professional exams and earning additional Atlassian Pro Skills badges. Support the Sales team with proposals, renewals, and insightful quarterly client business reviews. Develop engaging marketing content pertaining to the Atlassian ecosystem, including quarterly blog posts and white papers.

Qualifications

1. Possess at least 1 year of experience in a client service or help desk role. 2. Demonstrate experience as a Jira administrator. 3. Effectively manage time and expectations with both internal resources and clients. 4. Handle multiple clients and issues simultaneously. 5. Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, for technical and business audiences. 6. Analyze and interpret complex problems to deliver comprehensive solutions. 7. Demonstrate the ability to administer Atlassian products and provide strategic guidance. 8. Advise clients on best practices, guidelines, and recommendations. 9. Execute essential functions to meet or exceed individual success metrics. 10. Demonstrate the ability to work within the Isos culture and values.
