Functional Consultant

Job Description

Join our team as an OMS Functional Consultant, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting global clients with our innovative supply chain software solutions. You will: * Gather and meticulously document business requirements across various order lifecycle processes. * Translate these requirements into precise functional specifications and user stories, tailored to the unique capabilities of Infios OMS. * Take the lead in configuring order orchestration, sourcing strategies, and fulfillment logic within the Infios OMS platform. * Collaborate closely with technical teams to seamlessly integrate Infios OMS with eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and payment gateways. * Define and rigorously execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios, ensuring that Infios OMS implementations meet the highest standards.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Order Management Systems (OMS), including hands-on experience with Infios (Körber) OMS. 2. A strong understanding of omnichannel fulfillment models, such as Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS), Buy Online Ship from Store (BOSS), and direct ship-from-store capabilities. 3. Proven experience in configuring sourcing rules, routing protocols, and inventory management rules within Infios OMS.
