Qualifications

1. Strong full-stack foundations with experience in user-facing products, from modern frontend development (React or similar) to backend logic, API design, and system integrations, using TypeScript and Node.js. 2. Drive engineering velocity by utilizing AI coding assistants and promoting a culture of AI adoption. 3. Skilled in using data, funnels, analytics, and A/B testing for continuous improvements. 4. Pragmatic approach to engineering, focusing on avoiding over-engineered solutions. 5. Desire to work in a respectful, transparent, and collaborative environment. 6. Ability to work with predominantly remote colleagues across EMEA. 7. English fluency, both written and spoken.
