Full Stack Engineer

Job Description

Join our team as a Full Stack Engineer and play a pivotal role in building and maintaining highly available, scalable cloud applications. You'll be involved in every stage, from conception to deployment, ensuring the seamless integration of AI into financial automation processes. Responsibilities include: - Designing and developing new features and microservices within our existing infrastructure. - Building and managing observability infrastructure for our AI systems, including accuracy dashboards and performance monitoring. - Designing and maintaining evaluation pipelines to continuously measure model accuracy. - Defining and tracking key performance metrics to drive actionable engineering work. - Instrumenting our services for full visibility into AI behavior in production. - Improving existing services for enhanced performance and reliability. - Writing clean, testable, well-documented code and participating in code reviews. - Collaborating with product, data science, and engineering teams to deliver significant improvements. - Contributing to engineering practices, tooling, and architecture decisions.

Qualifications

We are looking for: 1. Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript. 2. Solid experience with Docker, Git, and cloud-based development workflows. 3. Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred). 4. Experience with or willingness to work with Pytest, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm. 5. Comfort working across backend and frontend. 6. Experience with testing practices and a quality-first mindset. 7. A genuine passion for AI accuracy and observability. 8. Comfort with metrics and data analysis. 9. Proactive, communicative, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote team. 10. Ability to work within 2 hours +/- of the European timezone.
