Full Stack Engineer

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust web applications. Utilize React and Vue on the frontend, coupled with Java/Spring Cloud microservices on the backend. Engage in building and consuming RESTful APIs, integrating with internal services, third-party platforms, and AI model APIs. Take ownership of features from inception to deployment, collaborating with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable technical solutions. Ensure high-quality UI with a focus on user experience and accessibility. Employ AI-assisted tools to enhance development cycles and maintain clean, well-tested code. Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, optimize queries, and contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement. Stay updated with emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications

1. Possess 3–5 years of experience in developing production-ready web applications and backend services. 2. Hold a BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3. Demonstrate strong proficiency in frontend frameworks, with expertise in React and Vue. 4. Exhibit solid backend experience with Java and Spring Cloud microservices architecture, including RESTful API design and database fundamentals (SQL/NoSQL). 5. Have a proven track record of delivering projects with high-quality UI across diverse application areas. 6. Demonstrate experience working with remote data via REST, JSON, and AI model APIs. 7. Have experience using AI tools and technologies in project delivery. 8. Exhibit a strong sense of ownership, taking full responsibility for features end-to-end. 9. Value code quality, user experience, and attention to detail. 10. Be a proactive communicator, sharing context with stakeholders and collaborating effectively across time zones. 11. Have an interest and knowledge in the crypto/blockchain/technology space, with a keen interest in AI technologies. 12. Possess preferred work experience in an exchange (cryptocurrency or traditional), financial or banking institution, eCommerce, or payments processing. 13. Possess bilingual English/Mandarin skills to coordinate with overseas partners.
