Qualifications
To thrive as a Full-Stack Digital Strategist, you'll need: 1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for client-facing interactions in the hospitality service sector. 2. Expertise in GA4 for data presentation and a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing principles. 3. Proficiency in Google Tag Manager for setting up cross-domain and e-commerce tracking. 4. Proven ability to identify and correct tracking issues, ensuring data accuracy. 5. Solid experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Microsoft Ads. 6. Skill in developing and refining SEO strategies, resolving technical errors, and using tools like Semrush to improve search engine rankings. 7. Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced agency environments, handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously. 8. A proactive approach to problem-solving, capable of transforming strategic input into practical outputs while maintaining client satisfaction. 9. Expertise in creating and implementing highly effective marketing funnels. 10. A collaborative mindset, working closely with developers and project managers to continuously improve website performance. 11. Familiarity with user behavior analysis tools such as Microsoft Clarity, Crazy Egg, or Hotjar. 12. Knowledge of best practice management techniques for standard industry platforms. Bonus points for: - Experience advertising on hospitality-specific platforms like TripAdvisor and OTAs (Expedia, Booking.com). - Familiarity with industry-specific technology (SynXis, TravelClick, Revinate). - Google certifications (Analytics, Google Ads Search/Display/Video). - Proficiency in French or Arabic. - Experience with Google Data Studio and CRO.
