Job Description

As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you'll be a vital member of an agile team, responsible for crafting end-to-end services and interfaces. We need a proactive individual who takes full ownership of the User Experience (UX) and business outcomes, not just building features. Your role involves constructing robust backend APIs and modern, responsive frontends to support the flow of millions of products. You will also collaborate actively with product owners, data engineers, data science teams, and other product developers.

Qualifications

1. Goal-oriented mindset: Maintain a strong focus on customer needs and achieving business objectives. 2. UX Sensitivity: Possess an eye for detail and a drive to build intuitive, high-quality interfaces. 3. Fullstack Proficiency: Demonstrate 3+ years of experience in Python and solid commercial experience with React. 4. Modern FE Stack: Exhibit proficiency in TypeScript and state management (Redux). 5. AI-Native Workflow: Utilize Cursor, Claude Code, or similar agents to boost productivity. 6. Proactive "Can-do" attitude: Work effectively with product owners to turn vision into working software. 7. Technical Excellence: Possess knowledge of TDD, clean code, and scalable web architectures. 8. Cloud Awareness: Demonstrate basic knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3) and DevOps (Docker).
