Full Stack Developer
Job Description
Join Arbor as a Full Stack Developer and contribute to designing and delivering scalable features across the entire stack. You will have ownership of code from development to deployment, focusing on continuous improvement of system performance and reliability. You will be working across a Node-based stack on both front and back end projects. Collaborate in an Agile environment, participating in the full lifecycle from architecture decisions to deployment and optimization.
Qualifications
1. Contribute to design, architecture, and technical decision-making 2. Build and maintain features across both front end (React) and back end (Node) 3. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code 4. Analyze existing systems and implement improvements 5. Own the full development lifecycle from design through to release 6. Test, deploy, and monitor your own code to ensure high-quality releases 7. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives 8. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the platform 9. Recommend and implement improvements to performance, scalability, and reliability
