Full-stack AI Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a Full-stack AI Developer to integrate artificial intelligence capabilities into our platform, which is crucial for expanding high-speed internet access in Germany. This role involves developing solutions using Agile SCRUM methodologies, creating comprehensive technical documentation, and applying a creative approach to complex technological challenges. You will actively participate in research and development projects, working closely with developers, UX designers, and business and systems analysts to implement and test developed solutions effectively.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in Kotlin (Java) 2. Strong experience with Spring Boot 3. Solid experience in JavaScript with TypeScript 4. Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL 5. Experience with Firestore DB 6. Proficient in Python for data analysis (Pandas, Jupyter notebooks, Matplotlib) 7. Experience with Vertex AI 8. Good understanding of Google Cloud Platform 9. Hands-on experience with LangChain/langGraph 10. Solid experience in training and integrating AI models into software 11. Good experience with GitLab 12. Basic understanding of Jira 13. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team 14. Eagerness to learn and share new technologies 15. Self-motivated and well-organized 16. Strong communication skills (both oral and written) with a desire for continuous improvement 17. Understanding of cloud systems, DevOps concepts, and related tooling is advantageous 18. English proficiency at least at the B2 level
