FP&A Manager

Job Description

Seeking an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and modeling for our SaaS business. Key responsibilities include: * Updating financial models for revenue, expenses, cash flow, headcount, and SaaS metrics. * Refining rolling forecasts and budgeting templates. * Tracking SaaS performance indicators (ARR/MRR, churn, retention, CAC, LTV, cohort performance). * Constructing financial reports, analyzing variances, and providing ad-hoc analytics with actionable insights. * Supporting financial diligence and valuation modeling for M&A opportunities. * Assisting with integration modeling and post-acquisition performance tracking. * Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to understand performance drivers and model impacts. * Participating in month-end close processes. * Leading sales commission calculation and financial administration. * Ensuring financial data integrity. * Delivering regular financial reporting to leadership and the Board of Directors. * Articulating model assumptions and insights to non-finance stakeholders.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field 2. CPA and/or MBA 3. 5–8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience 4. Prior experience in a SaaS environment. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 6. Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail 7. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines 8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 9. Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks / workstreams and delegate as appropriate 10. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment 11. Deep experience with business performance forecasting and scenario modeling 12. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite 13. Prior experience with major ERP system required; experience with NetSuite preferred
