Job Description

Join our financial technology startup as a Founding Account Executive and take ownership of the entire sales cycle. From identifying promising prospects to securing deals, you'll be at the forefront of our growth. Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for a curated list of 200 target accounts. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships through face-to-face interactions, industry conferences, and special events. Work closely with our marketing and customer success teams to ensure a consistent and robust pipeline. Represent our company at key industry gatherings and pinpoint potential strategic partnerships. Offer valuable customer insights to guide our product development and market positioning.

Qualifications

1. 5-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, specializing in enterprise or upper mid-market clients. 2. Track record of success in startup environments, consistently meeting quota targets. 3. Demonstrated 'hunter' mentality with a knack for self-sourcing leads and independently closing deals. 4. Exceptional skills in relationship-building and in-person sales techniques. 5. Experience in selling to insurance, financial services, or related traditional industries is preferred. 6. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.
