Job Description

As a Founder Operational Assistant, you will bolster the startup's operational framework, particularly in AI and legal compliance. Your duties include: 1. Managing legal and operational compliance, focusing on Swedish startup laws and regulations. 2. Researching and ensuring compliance in employee, freelancer, and international worker matters, including employment classifications. 3. Maintaining compliant contracts, documentation, and internal processes. 4. Keeping abreast of startup legal requirements and potential operational risks. 5. Investigating payroll systems, HR platforms, legal frameworks, international hiring solutions, and operational tools. 6. Preparing clear summaries of research findings for leadership review. 7. Identifying and suggesting scalable solutions for operational inefficiencies. 8. Managing and prioritizing inbox communications. 9. Drafting professional emails and managing external communications. 10. Organizing meetings and internal action items to keep the founder focused. 11. Reaching out to psychologists, experts, and collaborators to support growth initiatives. 12. Coordinating partnership conversations and follow-ups. 13. Supporting recruitment efforts, including coordinating interviews and building talent pipelines. 14. Researching compensation structures and payroll solutions. 15. Assisting in the creation of scalable people operations systems and processes. 16. Managing cross-functional operational tasks and supporting execution across departments. 17. Serving as a trusted right-hand partner to the founder.

1. Experience in use of AI tools / AI optimisation 2. Experience in Legal / Legal research 3. Experience in start ups
