Fleet Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Fleet Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase the adoption of Alcoa aluminum wheels for Commercial Vehicles (Trucks, Buses, Trailers) in the Polish market. This involves persuading fleets to switch from steel wheels. The ideal candidate will continuously analyze the Commercial Vehicle market in the region and propose data-driven strategies. Additionally, they will maintain contacts with tire, suspension, and axle manufacturers, truck and trailer dealers, as well as private and governmental testing and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. Fluency in Polish and very good English. 3. Experience in selling high-value products. 4. Knowledge of the Commercial Transportation Business. 5. Motivated, passionate, and results-driven attitude. 6. Reliable and autonomous/self-starter. 7. Accountable and solution-oriented.
