Qualifications

1. Requires 6+ years of experience in financial risk, fraud operations, or transaction monitoring within a bank, PSP, or major fintech. 2. Deep understanding of Mastercard/Visa scheme rules, SWIFT/SEPA payment rails, and the risk factors of high-velocity Forex operations is essential. 3. Requires the ability to define functional requirements for technical teams. 4. Native or professional-level fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is a must. 5. Proven track record of handling high-stakes risk investigations and making data-backed decisions on user activity and fund security is necessary. 6. Must be based in Singapore.
