Job Description
Join Nayya as a Financial Planner and help employees achieve financial well-being. Develop custom financial strategies and provide guidance to enhance their financial health. Educate members on maximizing employer benefits, including health plans, equity programs (ISOs, NSOs, RSUs, ESPP), and related tax considerations. Offer advice on cash flow, debt reduction, saving, and investment approaches, all tailored to individual goals. Support members via chat, phone, and video, proactively engaging during life events and providing comprehensive support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a financial planning expert and utilize a dynamic platform that integrates personal interaction, async communication, and AI assistance.
Qualifications
1. Active CFP® certification is essential (CPA/PFS, ChFC, or CFA are beneficial). 2. Must be eligible for IAR registration in your state of residence for this registered position (S65). 3. Profound expertise in all aspects of financial planning, including budgeting, debt management, risk assessment, insurance, employee benefits, investments, tax optimization, retirement planning, and estate strategies. 4. Demonstrated history of delivering client-focused, comprehensive financial plans to diverse clients at all life stages. 5. Exceptional empathy, kindness, and emotional intelligence to balance quantitative analysis with emotional support. 6. Experience with financial planning software, adaptability to new technologies, and proficiency in custom spreadsheet analysis. 7. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 8. High level of self-direction in a remote, rapidly changing environment with a proactive mindset. 9. Well-established process for delivering accurate, compliant financial plans with unwavering confidence.
