Job Description

Join Efí Bank as a Financial Manager and lead controllership areas including Pricing, FP&A, ALM, and Investment Back Office. Ensure strategic, operational, and technical alignment across teams. Maintain the quality and integrity of financial data to support strategic decisions. Support capital and financial risk management, balancing profitability, liquidity, and long-term sustainability. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure proper pricing of financial instruments. Monitor investment operations and develop high-performance people and processes. Serve as a technical and strategic reference, anticipating risks and opportunities, and deliver insightful financial performance analyses.

Qualifications

1. Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. 2. Experience in controllership and finance within banks and financial institutions, focusing on FP&A, ALM, and Pricing. 3. Experience leading teams. 4. Strong knowledge of liquidity indicators, financial modeling, and asset and liability management. 5. Ability to perform complex financial modeling. 6. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. 7. Strategic mindset and long-term vision. Preferences: 1. Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance or related fields. 2. Relevant financial certifications (e.g., CEA). 3. Knowledge of accounting.
