Finance Director – Supply Chain, Manufacturing

Job Description

Join Solventum as a Finance Director and drive operational performance in manufacturing and supply chain. Support short-term and medium-term COGS P&L projections. Optimize sourcing spend across materials, outsourced manufacturing, logistics, and freight. Ensure alignment across demand, supply, production, and inventory. Provide recurring financial visibility. Support operating rhythms and ensure compliance with financial standards. Attract, develop, and retain talent.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher. 2. Twelve (12) years of experience in business finance, manufacturing finance, supply chain finance, and/or financial accounting. 3. Experience in manufacturing finance and/or supply chain finance. 4. Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or Business Administration (preferred). 5. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation (preferred). 6. Experience in a medical technology or medical device organization (preferred). 7. Experience designing or supporting global execution models (preferred). 8. Strong communication and collaboration skills (preferred).
