Field Service Engineer – Surgical

Job Description

Alcon is seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to perform corrective and preventive maintenance, retrofits, upgrades, and system installations. The ideal candidate will ensure high customer satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and maintaining open communication with customers, dispatch, managers, and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities also include managing inventory, keeping accurate records, and promoting service contract offerings.

Qualifications

1. Associate’s degree or equivalent years of directly related experience. 2. Fluency in English, including reading, writing, and communication. 3. 2 years of Relevant Experience.
