Join Biotage as a Field Service Engineer and play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction. This position involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Biotage instruments and systems across North India. You'll be responsible for delivering user training and performing preventative maintenance to guarantee optimal instrument performance. Providing timely and effective technical support to address customer issues is key. Proactively manage service activities, contributing to the expansion of service contract coverage by promoting valuable service offerings. As a Biotage representative, professionally showcase our products and instruments while working closely with regional teams to achieve service excellence.

Qualifications

1. A diploma or BTech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrument Engineering is required. 2. Experience within the service industry is essential. 3. Must be adaptable to new technologies. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. 5. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
