Field Sales Representative
Job Description
As a Field Sales Representative, you will: - Plan and execute structured weekly routes across key retail stores. - Promote and sell Canada Pooch and WAGLAB products to store buyers, managers, and staff. - Implement strategic selling programs and promotions at the store level to drive sales. - Merchandise product effectively on retail floors to maximize visibility and appeal. - Collaborate and ride along with distributor reps and independent rep groups to expand reach. - Conduct in-store product training sessions to educate staff on product features and benefits.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need: 1. 2-3+ years of experience in a field sales, route sales, or retail-facing role. 2. Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport with store staff, reps, and buyers. 3. Basic proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools. 4. Must be based in the Northeastern USA (PA, NY, NJ preferred) and located near a major airport. 5. Ability to travel 90%+ of the time, including attendance at trade shows and regional events.
