Job Description

Vanta is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to drive impactful regional field events. This role involves end-to-end planning and execution, including conferences, trade shows, roadshows, executive roundtables, and customer appreciation events. Responsibilities include leading event logistics, researching high-impact opportunities, developing event themes, and partnering with sales teams. The coordinator will also manage swag, track event KPIs, and analyze lead quality to continuously improve field marketing performance. The goal is to enhance brand awareness and support pipeline generation through strategic in-person and virtual events.

Qualifications

1. 2-5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or event operations (B2B SaaS or tech preferred). 2. Comfortable with 20-30% travel. 3. Strong preference for candidates in San Francisco or New York. 4. Proven ability to manage complex events from research to analysis. 5. Strong project management skills. 6. Experience partnering with sales teams. 7. Proficiency with event platforms (Swoogo, Luma) and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot). 8. Excellent vendor negotiation skills. 9. Budget management experience with demonstrated ROI. 10. Ownership and strategic thinking mindset. 11. Data-driven approach with adaptability. 12. Experience in security/compliance tech sectors (nice to have). 13. Familiarity with ABM programs and technical audiences (nice to have). 14. Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
