Join Joseph Joseph as a Field Account Manager for North/West Germany, focusing on expanding business through strategic partnerships and effective market strategies. This role involves nurturing relationships with independent specialists and physical stores, while also proactively acquiring new trade partners. Key responsibilities include supporting Key Account Managers, implementing sales concepts, optimizing sales conditions, and participating in industry fairs to gather market insights. Effective communication with internal stakeholders is essential to align customer needs with the company's go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

1. Strong background in sales/channel management or comparable retail experience. 2. Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration/economics or 7+ years of sales experience. 3. Proven track record of successful sales management and business development. 4. Established network within accounts/channels preferred. 5. Experience within a premium branded business is advantageous. 6. Adept at managing forecasts and budgets. 7. Experience with Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is a plus. 8. Experience dealing with regional or national key accounts/customers. 9. Intercultural experience and project management skills. 10. Understanding of trade marketing, sales planning, and promotions. 11. Knowledge of accounts in the housewares market. 12. Fluency in German and English. 13. High flexibility and willingness to travel.
